AGM

The next AGM is planned for Friday 1st March 2024.  Members are strongly encouraged to submit their ideas in advance and this can be done using the Contact Form or by contacting the relevant Committee Member.

AGM
The Annual General Meeting

The Club’s next Annual General Meeting (AGM) is planned for Friday 1st March 2024 at 7.45pm, before the evening talk. The Agenda for the Meeting will be included in the January Newsletter to Members.

 

The business proceedings are generally quite short but it is the ideal time for members to ask questions and also to find out how funds have been used.

 

Members are encouraged to put forward their ideas and to assist the Committee to plan ahead.
